David M. Kraft has been practicing workers’ compensation law for nearly 20 years. He has litigated workers’ compensation cases in every venue throughout Pennsylvania. After many years of representing injured workers, Mr. Kraft now exclusively represents employers and insurers in defense of workers’ compensation claims.
Mr. Kraft received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Mansfield University in 1996 and his J.D. from Villanova School of Law in 2000. Mr. Kraft was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Philadelphia Magazine’s “Super Lawyers” in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011, and 2012, a recognition that is bestowed upon the top 2.5 percent of attorneys who are 40 years of age or younger or who have been practicing law for less than ten years. Mr. Kraft has been a PBA-certified workers’ compensation specialist since 2017.
